Owner Beware! Tramco reality is one of the worst management companies in Houston, TX. Owner’s of properties do not use them as your management company. They never respond in a timely manner for emergencies as well as never call when asked. I was a loyal tenant for 3 years at one of their 3rd party mananaged homes. I even wanted to purchase the home as it was for sale during lease and they didn’t even bother to contact me. (Bad business) owners beware! They do not know real estate and will continue to state things that are not accurate or give you false hope. Kacey Valley, does not work well as a manager for owners and their tenants, he needs to do business better.

I reached out to them because they manage a house I was interested in renting. The agent that responded to me is named jovena. She has the worst attitude ever. She didn’t want to show me the house and talked to me like I was stupid. She chose the wrong career. She should be working somewhere that doesn’t involve talking to people. Just be careful if she’s your agent.

Cindy at TRAMCO was the property manager for a house we were renting and we had a great experience working with her! She was always good at keeping us informed about changes in the neighborhood/HOA updates, and always responded quickly to maintenance requests. She was great to work with from the day we moved in, to the day we moved out.

Cindy has a phenomenal skill set with her real estate knowledge and expertise, she hasn’t lost her human touch. Her ability to resolve issues promptly, while being accessible puts her far beyond management companies I have dealt with in past, where you just a resident. She is professional, courteous, experienced and fair minded. I would highly recommend her for real estate sales or property management. She knows how to get the job done with results that creates win-wins (when possible ) for all parties involved.

I have been dealing with Tramco Realty since 2012 and out of all these years they have been of phenomenal service to me. They are always responsive in a timely fashion to any and all of my needs and always have outstanding customer service. They returned every phone call and or email each time I reached out. If there was a service I needed done to my home, they sent their team out with a prompt response and were able to quickly repair what was needed. Everyone is always friendly and professional and treated me with care, which is why I am such a loyal client. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for longevity and good quality service.

Our experience in working with Texas Realty & Management Co has been fantastic! They manage our properties and do an excellent job of keeping us informed and building great working relationships with our tenants. They also have an extensive contractor network which is impressive. I can not say enough positive things about Jena Valley...she is absolutely amazing! I've been a tenant in one of TRAMCO's properties since 2021. After experiencing a really unacceptable management company at my previous residence (not TRAMCO), I was nervous about working with TRAMCO. I am beyond happy with TRAMCO - their service - their professionalism - their quick response to repairs - everything! Cindy Garcia is a great - I never feel like a number with her. I feel so fortunate to have a great management company now. So fortunate, that I renewed my lease with no hesitation.

Rochelle Garcia showed me a house last week. We discussed everything pertaining to my finances. I even offered 6 month's up front due to down-sizing after my spouse passed in Dec. 2022.
She said she would get back with me. She actually never did. I called her and sent text's. I asked her to let me know something whether it was a yes are no answer. I had to make all efforts of communication and then she ghosted me.
I do not recommend using Rochelle due to lack of communication and follow-up.
