Got to say a big thank you to all the lads here at PSI tuning! I came down from Liverpool as this was the only Garage with space for me on a Saturday to do a job for me. I found everyone I encountered to be polite and very knowledgeable and they even helped me with making a warranty claim as I had just bought the car and diagnose a couple of other issues I was having. Also the price they quoted to do the work actually turned out to be cheaper than the quote! I will definitely be using again for any of the other work I want doing! Keep doing what you do lads it’s working!!!

Extremely helpful staff. Dealt with the problem quickly. Kept me informed throughout "the mend" - which was over a period of 2 days after diagnostic testing had been done. Andy and Aiden were excellent. Professional service, would highly recommend this garage.

Asked psi to put my car on the dyno a week in advance took it round on the day to get a phone later on in the day saying the guy who runs the dyno is not in today so we have plugged your car in and found no faults come and collect when you are ready. Which is wrong no offer to rebook the day for what I asked to you to do. I know I have no faults on my car that isn’t what I asked you to do. O also had a bad experience with psi about 10 years ago over a regas on my aircon to be told the compressor had gone they wanted £400 to replace it then found out two years later nothing was wrong with the compressor it did just need a regas so this is the final straw I will never use these again and I always tell people go elsewhere

Bait & Switch
I used PSI for a few years, the service used to be great and fair prices. The last time I asked for some work to be done Andy (owner) quoted £200 as he already done a remap and told me to book it in as he wouldn’t charge me again for another remap. When I collected the car it went up to £450 as he included another remap. I challenged the guy on the desk telling him it was agreed beforehand, Andy refused to talk to me or come out and see me effectively holding my car ransom. I won’t be returning! they haven’t just lost my custom but my fathers, brothers and friends who were using them too.

12 months ago I purchased an Audi S3 from a private seller, the car was absolutely riddled with problems. DSG gearbox completely failed, transfer box completely smashed internally, Haldex unit was not working, water pump, thermostat, heater core, turbo coolant pipe work ect ect the list was endless I tried a few local garages but nobody was willing to get involved to try and repair the car.

After speaking to Edain at PSI Tuning I was finally told the car could be fixed no problem and that’s exactly what happened.

I was supplied with a courtesy car FOC and was updated regularly by Edain as Andy and the team worked through the car diagnosing and repairing the problems one at a time.

The final bill was actually lower than the original quote, the quote itself was a monumental task because until they started work on the car it wasn’t completely clear what the repairs would be - especially as the coolant system is so intricate.

But they pulled it off and the car was repaired under budget.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and his attitude! DISGUSTING! If I could give it 0 stars I would! ANDY speaking to me like absolute dirt thinking I don’t know what I’m talking about. Not done a proper service AT ALL, had to put my own 750ML of oil in because the tappet’s were noisy “because it was in between min & max he said it was fine”. However, it was under half way on the dipstick. Not to mention when I had my coolant, thermostat housing & water pump done & they didn’t tighten my boost pipe, which popped off when I was driving & had to go back the next day, again. Not to mention, they haven’t even sorted the problem! That’s not a proper job and as for how you speak to customers, that’s another thing altogether.

Shocking place don't use them ! After some work done he said I'll put a custom safe remap on it for another £150 with no vat or £200 with so I said yes. He got his laptop out and after a hour he said its done. We went out in the van and there was no difference at all !!! We got back to the unit he said are you happy I said no it's no different to before he said well I'm closing now so ring up again in the week and I'll put a different map on for ya. Every time I ring they say he's not in work!!! I live 40 miles away ! £150 wasted ! Stay away !!!
