I had a ski accident that left me with a bad cut on my wrist and I had to get some stitches and a bandage around it. Therefore, I went there a few days later to change my bandages and I was provided the wrong price (130€ difference) and the staff was extremely rude when asked about it. In total, changing my bandage costed 143€. See more details below.

When I arrived to the center the lady there explained that it was a private clinic and therefore I asked the price for changing my bandages. The lady said that the price was the one mentioned in the line "medicazione semplice" (please see images attached) which would mean that it would cost between 13€ to 30€, to which I agreed.

Once the bandages were changed (by that lady) when it came time to pay I received a bill of 143€. Therefore, I asked why that was the case since I was given another price before having my bandages changed. Once I did that they (both the lady and a male doctor that stood there watching the bandage change) started to shout at me saying that they gave me the right price at the start and that I did not want to pay, among other things/insults.

It was extremely difficult to speak with them after because they kept shouting and not letting me speak but eventually they managed to explain that the additional 130€ were charged for the "visita specialistica ortopedica" which, according to them, is normal because they are a private clinic and therefore they always charge that on top of any other services. Note that that is not reflected in the price tables shared attached.

I tried to argue with them because not only that was not mentioned to me but also I think that explanation makes no sense because the lady just changed the bandages while the doctor entered during the middle of it and did nothing. They did not make any changes to my stitches nor did they diagnose anything so the work that was performed can be easily done by a nurse and I do not understand how it can be classified as a "visita specialistica ortopedica". The doctor (the men, not the lady) was just there asking questions like, when did that happen, what medication I was prescribed, where I got my stitches and so on but nothing that made any difference for what I needed which was to change my bandages. He could have been at home and the bandages would have still been changed by the lady that gave me the price.

The staff should have other manners when speaking with their patients/clients, they had an extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour when asked about the bill and did not want to engage in any type of conversation to clarify any misunderstandings.

Due to their behaviour I felt I was talking with lunatics so I just paid the full bill and left just in case they would do something crazy. As soon as I paid the bill they just started waving their hand and saying good bye don't come back.

If you can I would strongly advise you to avoid them or go there knowing you might be charged more than what they say.
