We purchased a home and wanted to add an additional wooden hand rail for extra safety. It took weeks to find anyone that would even call us back, let alone give us a bid. We are so grateful that we found Precision Stair. They did an amazing job. The hand rail is sturdy, looks beautiful, and they matched the stain color to the existing rail perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was professional, the job was done in two days and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company!

We had an issue with our stairs where the treads were not installed with the right material and people regularly fell going up and down them.

Called Precision wanting the staircase treads replaced with solid wood and they were incredibly helpful, giving my wife and I options to stay within our budget but end with a great product at a fair price. The end result blew me away and the project manager, builder, and painter were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. Each went above and beyond, providing insight and recommendations in their respective areas and experience which ended in a much better project than even my wife or I expected.

One great example is that the builder suggested and added an angled corner stair at the bottom level intersecting the walls just because he thought it would be better than our previous box design. This eliminated a small dust gap we’ve fought to clean for years and made the overall stairway look nicer. Changes like this I would have never considered on my own.

Total project time was 3 days. One day to demo and rebuild the stairway, Two days to stain the wood, paint the stair trim/ kick boards, and clear coat the wood.

Our stairs have never looked so good, and I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Stair Co to friends and family based on how they treated my family and our home.

Precision Stair did an absolutely incredible job replacing the staircase at my home. They demolished and removed the old staircase as well as some half-walls to open up the area more and installed and stained beautiful wooden stairs and railings. The final product is beautiful and has really enhanced the house!
