Jeannette is amazing and her work is top tier but the person who did my pedicure left the heel of my foot crusty and halfway done. This is a photo of my foot the moment I got home and realized. When I went back to have them finish the work they said I had to wait over 45 mins or come back another day. I told them how much of an inconvenience it was and that I would just like my money back which they said they don’t do refunds on services provided and I told them that’s the point, the service wasn’t given and they refused to help me. SMH will NOT be getting another pedicure here again

First time going there, atmosphere is excellent but the service I got was not great. I had shellac for manicure and it felt like it was rushed not comfortable on the chair to do it and my nails had 1/4 inch space left from top. When I asked the technician said that’s how we do it(I don’t think so).
Should have read the reviews before going to the salon. Really sad how the Shellac nails turned out.
Manicures for both of us was rushed.

I am saddened to even write this review. I have been going to Gossip Nails for 2 years for EVERY 2 WEEKS about 6 months ago I even started bringing my wife. Every time I go I enjoy creating my own designs that I make up just because I work in fashion and my appearance is important. Again EVERY 2 WEEKS I get a full set and pedicure and take off. I understand that I’ll be paying extra for length/shape $15 take off $10 and design $30-$50 depending on what I get. I work until 5 on most days so I go after work often. I set an appointment for 6pm on Wednesday evening with Kayla. She started my nails but couldn’t finish because it was getting late. So I had no problem coming back the next day for her to do my design. I paid for my pedicure and my full set with all my extras that I’m used to that evening. And was to pay for the design when I came back the next day. I set an appointment for noon.

I asked for a style that I had a month prior. The EXACT same design because I really liked the style. Kayla took about 25 mins but wasn’t sure how to do chrome so Natalie (the same lady who did them the last time) came to do the design instead which took about 15-20 mins. Not long at all. And they came out beautiful as they did the first time she did them.

At this point other employees wanted to see them so it was a crowd of about 6 looking and talking pictures. Which was no problem. I felt flattered actually. Now it was time for me to pay.

As I go to pay the lady at the front desk says it’s $80! I said can you give me a break down for what I’m paying for. She says that she cannot it was just $80. I explained that I literally just got this EXACT same style and design a month ago and was charged half of that. I also asked how much was chrome she refused to tell me until the other lady came over when she said chrome is only $15. So I asked why is it $80 for me? She says because you have a design. I said I’ve had this design and was charged half of that and showed her a picture of the EXACT same design as before. I had already paid for the nails the day before and now you’re wanting me to pay $80 just for the design with chrome when chrome is $15 and it took her 15-20 minutes to do. So it wasn’t a difficult service to do. Kayla just didn’t know how to do it and that’s fine she’s an awesome nail stylist nonetheless.

I don’t like how they can just make up whatever price they want to charge you depending on how they feel that day. Only 4 of my nails have a design on them (2 on each hand) no stones, no extras just a design with chrome and it’s $80 which now means I will be paying $200 total for my nails? That’s CRAZY when I’ve got the same exact style before and paid much less.

I hate to have to find another shop because this one is around the corner from my house. And I enjoy my time here but I don’t think I’ll be going back here. I don’t like being over charged for services. I’ve been a loyal customer and hate being treated like this.

they’re always nice & prices are reasonable. charged $65 for my mani and $56 for traditional french tip pedicure including shellac. sweet ladies. i dont have a preference on who does my nails theyve all been good.

I was very disappointed in how much I was charged for nails popping off 4 days later and the rhinestones. I was charged $200 for these nails. When I go to social media artist that do more than what gossip girls did, I’m charged $95 and have been told repeatedly by many ppl that I was over charged which I know I was and even the girl at the register questioned the nail technician if it was accurate and she replied with another language which I felt she knew what she was doing. All that was added was the rhinestones and drew squiggles with white nail polish. I usually go to get my toes done which they do great but the nails ain’t it. $200 is outrages and my middle finger is starting to loosen. She also charged me $13 to take off the nails she did prior without soaking them. She cut the short then popped them off with another nail digging under it. Very unhappy. Though I have to go far to my regular nail technician, it’s worth it more than gossip

Not sure if it just this location, but these people over charge for the most basic requests and it’s extremely strange. I went and got my nails done AGAIN after many disappointing attempts. But due to convenience I continue to give this place a shot.

I got my nails done. The lady at first said the design would be $30 extra. I told her I wasn’t trying to spend no more than $100. So she cut them in the length I’m assuming she wanted so I wouldn't spend that much which is short to what I usually don’t get.

I received dots as the design on my nails. Some of the dots are messed up and I mentioned it to her. She said she would have to file them down in order to fix it.
I couldn’t wait any longer because I needed to get to a doctors appointment.

So it was time to pay. My total was $95! $15 for length that they call long and $35 for a messed up design. Now yes what I wanted, it did require extra work. However I would have thought due to a messed up design she would have at least took $5 off!

I ended up paying over $100 anyway and not even fully satisfied! That’s insane. And will be my last time getting my nails done here. They can do my toes anytime, but nails I’m okay!
