My original gym was closed after the storm so my friend invited me to Beast Body. I've been playing sports since 5, played college football, marathons, all that good stuff....and Trey's workout was on par with the higher level training I've received before but it's not intimidating. He's a ball of energy with alot of knowledge regarding health and fitness. My core was happy sore the next day. I will definitely be back once I complete the fire academy. Thank you Trey!

I highly recommend this place. I wish I will find before. Cassandra is a sweet person you will not regret taking classes with her. I have a lot of fun on the Zumba class. She dance like a Latina with sabor and suin.

I highly recommend checking out Beast Body if you're looking for a new gym - this is not your typical "4 sets of 10 reps" type of gym. I joined Beast Body knowing I had a month to do some good work, and I loved their challenging workouts - each day features a different combination of movements and challenges. The trainers are all friendly, funny, and supportive, which alleviates some of the dread of coming to the gym for a challenging workout. I measure my progress by how my clothes fit and my capacity for exertion. I look and feel better than when I came, and I see performance improvements when I do other athletic activities with my friends. My only regret is that I found the Beast Body community shortly before I moved away from the area. If you need a big change in your life, show up and put in work with these folks and you will get what you want.

Absolutely the BEST gym ever!! Fun family environment with plenty of support and encouragement!! Perfect for ALL fitness levels, ages, backgrounds, etc. Cass and Tré honestly and wholeheartedly LOVE what they do and make sure we get the safest and most effective workouts!!

They saved my life when I was unhealthy and in a dark sad place. They brought light into my world and I’m forever grateful for what they’ve done for me, my family, my coworkers and my friends!! I’ve even invited perfect strangers to join in on the fun and they’re still part of our family!! Our fitness family is second to none and is the GREATEST group of people!! I definitely recommend Beast Body if you’re looking for a gym family, not just some place to workout, but a place to be part of something beautiful and amazing!!!

I've never actively participated in a gym because they all seem dull and borin', but here? You can feel the passion in the air, from the Trainers and fellow Beasts! I definitely recommend givin' it try if you're lookin' for that great excerise/workout!
