If you are going to PSI, it is for a serious test issue for something that you need for your job. I was a little nervous and can say that it is a great place to test.

The people are friendly and they will guide you through the process. Be prepared to take everything out of your pockets and all electronics to be put into a locker. I mean everything. I had napkins and even my ChapStick that needed to be put into the locker. The lockers are locked and very safe.

If you are going to be taking a serious test this is the place to do it. The test area is separate from the seating area. You enter a door and will be guided to a cubicle with a computer and comfortable chair. You have an option to wear earplugs or earmuffs if needed to concentrate.

This location had plenty of late afternoon appointments that worked for my schedule.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude when I called at 8:30AM to inquire about their business hours (since it’s not listed anywhere online) and told me to call back in an hour. I explained that I was instructed by the state to go pick up my cosmetology license at their office and just need to know what times I can do so…. She interrupted me and said call back at 9:30 I’m testing. Why answer the phone if you can’t or aren’t willing to help someone? And why are your business hours not posted, it’s freaking 2023. If I had the choice to go elsewhere I would.

Yesterday, i took an exam at your testing center. I went to the restroom on the first floor and accidentally left my ID card. Do you know if anyone has returned it. How can i get in touch with the building.

terrible place！terrible staff！impolite，No patience to explain about the issues！just try to kick you out，they don't have any responsibility about customer service issues ! Very rude!
