Not sure if I should have given this place a 2 star. I was trying to pick up my clothing, called the cops, was told I couldn't till the next day. I ended up having back my clothes the next day. Overall, I got my clothing back and the rude lady wasn't there, so it was okay. Pick them wisely.

These owners are very rude disrespectful liars I had to spend an extra seven dollars on a eight loader washer which is number 52 as soon as she called me the first thing she said to me was we’re not giving you any money back and I explain to her what had happened with the machine she told me without even knowing which machine I had used or how much I have spent she automatically said that the washer was working fine they had just washed some towels. She said that I should have called the night of the washer breaking down on me. She has an attendant there and there is a language barrier between us but he did understand that the washer did not spend my clothes dry he was aware that I had to put my clothes in a different washer which he told me he will pay for once I switched it he told me he’s not paying for it and I had to call the next day and talk to Maria The manager and Laura The owner. The numbers are posted there but there is no sign letting the customers know if anything goes wrong with the washer to call the same day. I explain to her that she did not have to call me being rude not knowing what the situation is and all that I really wanted was an extra wash I paid over $20 to wash my clothes. Both of the washers are used cost seven dollars each on top of an extra seven dollars for the extra wash plus $.25 for each dryer I had to use to dry my clothes. I will never be going back these owners are unprofessional. They were never earn my business ever again and I’m gonna continue to re-post this until they fix their machines.

I've gone to several laundry mats but I really like this one. Been here for years, and under new management I really started to like it here. There are a lot of washing machines available. They really do try their best to keep it clean. There is always an employee here to assist you if you have any questions or need help. But everything here is pretty reliable and easy to handle on your own. They have great television and a good connection to Wi-Fi. Overall, I think this is one of the best and convenient laundry places I've ever been to.

Very great customer service! I even forgot my clothes overnight and needed them for work the day and they were still here. Very clean EVERYONE is very nice. I recommend anyone to come here

I used to go to another laundromat. Until one day I was passing by this one on hardy and decided to give it a try. And by far one of the best decisions ever.
- extremely clean with shiny machines that clean amazing
- decent parking space.
- they have great tvs that even play Netflix movies
- the lady who works there was very helpful and sweet. She walked me thru all the various machines and sizes and helped me pick my machine that was fit for my laundry.

Definitely coming back again !! Oh and they have a raffle every month with cash, movie tickets, and even tvs. Wowowowowow!!!!

The turnaround time is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable for fluff n’ fold! They also do a great job on comforters. Highly recommend!

No hot water for my white clothes and staff was not helpful, need to work on customer service otherwise dryers were hot and dried my clothes just right, may come back if they get hot water and better service
